The photo of the flowers upon delivery was very disappointing and did not resemble the photo of the flowers ordered. When the recipient stated, "well, it's the thought that counts," my bad opinion of the floral arrangement was confirmed. Very disappointing! Would give a lower rating if not for the positive experiences in the past with this particular shop.
